Customer portal helps you with the following services:

  • Yearly Repayment Certificate (Provisional and Final).
  • Disbursement details
  • Repayment Schedule for next 12 months
  • Details of PDCs/ECS
  • Submit your queries/grievances
  • Online Payment for Customers who missed their EMI due date


  • How do I create login for Customer Portal?

To register on Customer Portal you should have your loan account no. i.e. loan should be disbursed. The procedure for online registration on customer portal is as follows:

  • Visit our website www.lichousing.com
  • Click on faqCustomers Portal link.
  • For new user, click on Register here.
  • Enter your Loan Account No., Sanction amount, Date of Birth and Security code shown on screen.
  • Click Continue.
  • Enter username and password and security code and click on Register.
  • Password must contain minimum 1 letter, 1 special character, 1 number, min 8 max 20 characters.
  • Select mode as mobile / e-mail to receive verification code.
  • Enter mobile no. / E-mail id as per your selection and click on confirm & Send.
  • Enter verification code and submit.
  • Login credentials will be sent on your mobile / email.

If you are getting any error while accessing Customer Portal, click on “Have login related issues? Click here” link provided on login screen.


  • How do I add loan account in my profile?

The procedure to add any loan account which is not currently included in your profile is as follows:

  • Click on Manage Loans.
  • Click on Add Loan.
  • Enter your Loan Account No., Sanction amount and date of birth of primary applicant.
  • Your Loan account will be added to your profile.


  • For new user registration, if the loan is having multiple applicants whose date of birth should be entered?

You need to provide date of birth of Primary Applicant.

  • What should I do for forgot password?
  • Click on Forgot password.
  • Enter user name, Loan number & date of birth.
  • One time password will be sent to your registered mobile and email id.
  • Enter the code to verify account and submit.
  • Now login with the credentials sent on email and mobile.


  • Can I make EMI payment online?

If you are a registered in customer portal then online payment is available in case if you have missed the EMI due date. The procedure for same is as given below:

  • Login with user id and password on customer portal.
  • Click on Pay Online.
  • Select Loan Account and click on “Get Dues”.
  • Amount due as on date will be shown for the selected loan account.
  • Click on Pay.
  • Select the mode of communication.
  • Select whether message to be sent on registered mobile or email id. If No, mention alternate mobile / email id to receive the message.
  • Read the terms and conditions and click on I accept all terms and conditions of LICHFL.
  • You will be redirected to Payment Gateway site.
  • After making payment thru Net Banking payment, payment summary will be shown.
  • Click on “Download Receipt” to download payment acknowledgement receipt.
  • Actual receipt will be mailed to you on your registered email id.


  • If the system does not respond after successful payment transaction, how can I know whether the transaction has been processed?
  • Login with user id and password on customer portal.
  • Click on Pay Online.
  • Select Loan Account and click on “Get History” option.
  • The payment details will be shown here in case of successful transaction.


  • Can I get Dues payment receipt online?

On successful transaction the payment acknowledgement receipt will be given to user. The receipt of amount adjusted will be sent on your registered email id.


  • How to get IT certificate?
  • Login with user id and password on customer portal.
  • Select Repayment Certificate option under Activities.
  • Select the loan account and financial year from the drop down.
  • For current FY, provisional certificate will be given.
  • Click on “Download Repay Certificate” to get the certificate downloaded.

  • How do I know status of my Post-dated cheques / ECS?

The details of cheques / ECS along with the status can be viewed from PDC / ECS option under activities by selecting the loan account no.



  • How do I get repayment schedule for the loan?

Repayment schedule of next 12 months can be downloaded from Repayment Schedule option under Activities.
